Absolutely awful customer service skills. We have had an issue within our building since October. It is now February and the problem is still not fixed. We have hundreds of dollars of stuff that is now ruined due to their ignorance. Property Manager and General Manager do not answer emails, and do not care about you or how you are living in their building. Takes the maintenance crew FOREVER to come around and clean the building. It is cleaned maybe once every three weeks. If that. Heating sucks, the electric heating is a joke and costs you way too much on your Hydro bill. They also don't heat the hallways so your heat is sucked up into the hallway instead of staying in the apartment. Although it is a brand new building, it was made with corners cut. There's cracks in the walls, the front door scrapes against the frame when you open it. Forthright is a joke of a company and I highly recommend not renting from them.
